I was told at 8:00 that they would open at 8:00, I was told at 8:00 that they would open at 8:30. They could have at least stuck us in the corner or something.Ĭommunication: It seriously doesn't seem like anyone at the front desk knows what anyone else is doing.ġ) Because we had no proper clothing, we were waiting for the hotel stores to open. We were denied eating a restaurant one night because we didn't have proper attire. I had to constantly ask them to call for me and if I didn't keep bugging them they wouldn't help. The hotel would not let me use their phones to try to figure out my bag situation which is was really disappointing. Obviously not Windjammers issue but they way they handled it was terrible. All of the waitresses were friendly and accommodating but there were some major issues that I experienced with the front desk.ĭelta lost our bags for 3 days. ![]() ![]() ![]() The way the hotel is laid out and the views are amazing.
